Update: July 17, 2026

Maintenance is complete. Thank you for your patience while the realm was offline! This is our biggest update since Open Beta: new services, new commands, smarter loot, and a stack of quality-of-life fixes. Launch the game through the patcher to grab the client update, then read on.

New: getting around Midgard

Town Warp has arrived. Every Cirrus Warper now offers Town Warp alongside her other services. Talk to the warper in a town once and that town joins your account's travel log. From then on, any Cirrus Warper can send you back there:

Zone Fee
Local towns (Kafra belt) 2,500 zeny
Far Midgard (airship and overland towns) 4,000 zeny
Overseas (ferry towns) 12,000 zeny

Kafra teleports, airships, and ferries remain the budget option. Dungeon trips are unchanged and now live under the Dungeon Warp menu (same destinations, same fees as before), with one new stop: Moscovia Dungeon joins the list. Reach its swamp entrance once and talk to the Dungeon Unlocker there to add it, then any Cirrus Warper can drop you back at the entrance (you still need to have made the Moscovia journey to travel there).

Shop at the warper. Every Cirrus Warper also runs a small Cirrus Shop: potions, wings, arrows, bullets, shuriken, throwing knives, and more, with both buying and selling. Merchant Discount and Overcharge work exactly like at any other vendor.

Rested EXP wherever you land. The Cirrus Rested EXP attendant now stands right next to the Cirrus Warper in every warper town, so you can redeem your rested time wherever you are. It is one shared pool for your character, so use whichever attendant is convenient.

Land in the middle of Prontera. Kafra warps and Yellow Butterfly Wings now drop you at the city centre instead. Less running, more playing.

New: chat channels

Server-wide chat is here. You are placed into the main channels automatically:

  • #global for general chat
  • #support for questions and help
  • #trade for buying and selling
  • #party for finding a group or recruiting
  • plus #ally (guild alliance) and #map (everyone on your map)

To talk in a channel, open the whisper box and put the channel name (for example #global) as the recipient. @join #trade joins a channel, @channel create makes your own private one.

Not your thing? Leave, and we will remember. @channel leave #global (or any of the four automatic channels) now works, and your choice sticks across logins. You will not be re-added at your next login. Changed your mind? @join #global puts you back, permanently, until you leave again.

New: commands and loot comfort

@announce quiets the broadcast stream. Hide global announcements you do not want to see, by category: MVP kills, card drops, steals, refines, welcomes, and socket enchants. Type @announce to see your settings, @announce mvp to toggle one category, @announce off to hide them all. It only changes your own screen, it is remembered between sessions, and staff notices always come through.

@arealoot turns one click into a scoop. Toggle it on, click one item on the ground, and you pick up everything in a small area (3x3) around the clicked item. Same pickup rules as clicking each piece: loot priority timers, weight, and inventory space all still apply. Toggle resets each login, like @autoloot. Blacksmiths keep the bigger vacuum: the Greed skill still covers 5x5.

Rare drops now shine. Cards land with a golden pillar of light, and rare finds (under a 1% base chance from that monster) glow blue, chime included. If you see a beam, go pick that up. Items grabbed by autoloot skip the floor, so no beam on those. Card announcements were also reworded slightly so they read naturally.

Teleports leave a trace. After a Fly Wing or a Teleport, a red X marks your minimap where you just were, for about 15 seconds. One glance tells you whether the jump actually moved you anywhere useful. Only you can see it.

New: play your way

Supports earn Cirrus Coins now. Set your party to Even Share EXP and Item Sharing Type: Shared, and Cirrus Coin drops rotate among the party members hunting together, so healers and buffers get their share too. The receiving member must be on the same map and within the even-share level range. You can receive up to 300 coins per day from party members' kills; coins from your own kills fill the rest of your daily cap as usual. Prefer to keep coins to the killer while party is at Even Share EXP? Leave Item Sharing Type on Individual.

Rogues, meet the Copycat. A new NPC in Prontera can teach your Plagiarism any copyable skill at the level you choose, for a small zeny fee per level. No more hunting for a sparring partner: walk up, pick a skill, go. Same rules as a real copy: one skill at a time, capped by your Plagiarism level, and forgetting is free.

Quality of life

  • Camera zoom, doubled. You can now zoom the camera out about twice as far. Scroll out as much or as little as you like: indoor maps keep their usual view. Launch through the patcher to get it.
  • Elemental Converters last 10 minutes, up from 3. More hunting, less re-buffing.
  • Teleport Level 1 warps you instantly instead of asking first. Level 2 still lets you pick between a random spot and your save point.
  • Carry more before you stop regenerating. Natural HP and SP regeneration now continues up to 70% of your weight limit, up from 50%. The weight icon updates with the client patch.
  • Your long buffs stick. If you already have a longer Blessing or Increase AGI running (for example the 30-minute Cirrus Buff), a shorter recast from a friendly Priest no longer cuts it short.
  • Attendance calendar shuffle. The Blessing Scroll bundle now lands on Day 9 and the Elite Siege Supply Box moved to Day 18. Amounts are unchanged and milestone days are untouched. Patch your client to see the right icons on the calendar.

Fair play and fixes

  • Cleaner names. Character, party, and guild names containing profanity are now blocked at creation. Keep it friendly. :)
  • Plagiarism bug fixed. Fixed a rare server bug that could erase a character's learned skills after copying a skill with Plagiarism.
  • Job-change trial rooms tidied up. Monsters inside the job test rooms no longer drop items or Cirrus Coins. The trials themselves play exactly the same, including the Thief and Monk mushroom-gathering rooms.
