Drop/EXP boosters and reset items, bought with pure Cirrus Coins, at Prontera 147,174. Every purchase is account-bound and capped per account, per week (caps reset Monday 00:00 GMT+8). Because coins are farm-only, these can never be bought with cash.

A second, separate allowance

These are the most power-sensitive items on the server, so the weekly caps keep them in check to preserve the economy and the classic feel. Nobody can flood themselves with endless EXP or drop boosters, and it means boosters compete with costumes and stat hats for the same coin budget.
