This update includes a client patch. Open the CirrusRO Patcher once before you log in.

Pets

Pets no longer run away from neglect. A hungry pet stops at Awkward and stays with you; the egg is never lost.
Max intimacy now locks. A pet raised to full Loyal at max exp keeps it permanently and never decays.

Red Muffler and Tangled Chains raised back up (200z and 220z) after the July 20 change hit the Niflheim field too hard. Final list reflected on the Economy Balancing page.

Restyle price cut to 500,000 zeny (was 1,000,000). Coin and Cash Point prices unchanged.
More hair and cloth colors added.

Assassins can equip arrows again with a dagger or katar, if they've learned Throw Venom Knife. The arrow lends only its status effect, no element or extra damage.

Guild Storage now reachable from the Kafra at Prontera plaza (158, 184).
Amatsu Dungeon added to the Warper; Fly Wing and Teleport now work in the tatami maze.
The Midgard Expedition Camp now has a Cirrus Warper and a Rested EXP NPC, and the camp is a Town Warp destination you can return to once you've visited.
New Potion Converter NPC at Prontera (142, 174): 2 Siege White <-> 1 Siege Blue, 300z fee for every potion received.
@command toggles (@autoloot, @showexp, @noks, etc.) now persist across logout.
Glast Heim entrance is now memo-able. Interior dungeons stay non-memoable.
Dead Branch summons now despawn on their own after about an hour.

Screenshot watermark is now smaller, boxless, and in the lower-right corner.
The profanity filter now covers chat (all channels, party, guild, clan), shop and chat-room titles, and pet and homunculus names, across English, Filipino, Malay and Indonesian.
