Run the patcher

This update includes a client patch. Open the CirrusRO Patcher once before you log in, or costumes moved to the garment slot will not show.

Wear a head costume in your garment slot

The Cirrus Costume Tailor can now move a head costume into your garment slot, which frees a head slot entirely.

The costume looks exactly the same. It just stops competing for a head slot.
Works for most costumes. A few cannot be moved, and the Tailor simply will not offer the option for those.
Cost: 1,000,000 zeny, or 80 Cirrus Coins, or 20 Cash Points.
Moving it back to a head slot costs the normal re-fit price: 500,000 zeny, or 40 Cirrus Coins, or 10 Cash Points.
Take the costume off first. It must be in your inventory, not worn.

The four guild dungeons have always been locked behind castle ownership, which means nobody could reach them. Now you can.

Guild Dungeon Guide, Prontera 139,170.
100,000 zeny per trip to Baldur, Luina, Valkyrie or Britoniah.
These are PvP maps. Members of other guilds can attack you there. Bring friends or bring caution.

Both are gated behind the quest that normally opens them, and both need unlocking once per account.

Geffenia requires The Sign quest.
Biolabs requires the Lighthalzen cube quest.
As always, one character on your account finishing the quest unlocks the destination for the whole account.

Trade between the two EXP manuals in either direction.

2 Job Battle Manuals to 1 Advanced Battle Manual, fee 50,000 zeny.
1 Advanced Battle Manual to 2 Job Battle Manuals, fee 25,000 zeny.
The rate matches what the Quartermaster and the Hourly Points Shop already use, so nothing is gained or lost by converting.

Flame Stone, Ice Stone, Wind Stone and Shadow Orb are now stocked at the Cirrus Warper shop.
Previously a single NPC in Amatsu was the only source.

Spear Quicken can now be used with a one-handed spear, not just a two-handed one.
Riding a Peco with a spear and shield no longer locks you out of your own class buff.

The 5 player requirement to enter the 3rd floor is removed. You can go up alone.
The quest requirement is unchanged, so you still need to be a contracted temp worker.

Auto events now give a 1 minute warning before they start, so you are not caught mid-fight.
Event broadcasts are now part of @announce. There is a new event category you can mute like any other.
If you had already run @announce off, the new category is muted for you too. Nothing to redo.

Skull Cap listed a set bonus with the Thorn Staff of Darkness. That staff has no source on a pre renewal server, so the line has been removed. The Elven Ears and Evil Bone Wand set bonuses are real and still apply.
