This update includes a client patch. Open the CirrusRO Patcher once before you log in.

New commands

@kc tracks how many of a monster you have killed. @kc <MobID> or @kc last to start, @kc to see totals. Counts persist across sessions. Full guide.
@expmeter shows your average Base/Job EXP per hour. @expmeter to start, farm a bit, @expmeter again to read it. Counts kills, quests, manuals and Rested bonus. Full guide.

Card Remover (Prontera 143,179): pulls every card out of a worn item and returns both the cards and the gear, unharmed. It cannot fail. 750,000z + 250,000z per card + 5 Oridecon + 5 Elunium. Refuses (and charges nothing) if your bag is full.
Weapon enchants: name the first option. On a weapon you can now pick the theme: ATK % / Critical Damage % / MATK % for Slot 1 (2,000,000z) instead of rolling it. Random rolling is unchanged at 1,000,000z.

13 new items, 2 to 8 Cirrus Coins each, including the Magnificat Scroll, Chewy Ricecake (+10 ATK), Oriental Pastry (+10 MATK), Abrasive (+30 Crit), Big Def/Mdef Potions, Small Life Potion, and six +3 stat dishes.
Tradeable, same as the Gears hats. Small Life Potion cannot be re-drunk while one is still active.

Gate quests now count for your whole account. If any character has done a dungeon's access quest (Nidhogg, Moscovia, Amatsu, Ayothaya, Turtle), every character in that account can warp there.
The Cirrus Buff is cheaper for almost everyone. The fee now rises smoothly to level 99 instead of maxing out at level 80, and the ceiling dropped to 45,000z (reached only at 99). Level 50 pays ~11,500z, level 70 ~22,500z.

The temple fundraiser goal is now 100 donations (5,000,000z), down from 10,000 donations. Donate at Priestess Nemma, 50,000z each, up to 3 at a time, one Lottery Ticket per donation.
The server announces progress at 25 / 50 / 75 / 90 / 100%.
Warning: when the fund fills, the temple doors lock behind the temple quest. Redeem Lottery Tickets (Priestess Panno) and finish Lost Boy (High Priest Zhed) inside before then. Tickets are only handed out while the drive runs.

Sitting recovers HP and SP much faster now: about 4 and a half minutes to full HP/SP, down from ~9 minutes. Note: at 70% weight or more, natural recovery stops entirely, so sell down first.
Stat resets are free at base level 20 and under (Cirrus Reset Maiden, Prontera 164,191): no item, no cost. Level 21+ is unchanged.
Einbroch's Cirrus Warper and Cirrus Rested EXP moved to the main plaza, next to the Kafra (around 234, 200).

Deadman in Niflheim offers a second repeatable hunt: Loli Ruri, 996,000 Base EXP for 50 kills, the only repeatable quest that runs past level 90. See Repeatable EXP Quests.
