Update: September 13, 2026

Run the patcher

This update includes a client patch. Open the CirrusRO Patcher once before you log in, or the Mammonite and Cart Termination skill descriptions will still show the old zeny cost.

Mammonite and Cart Termination cost half as much

Both skills burn zeny on every swing, and after the farming rebalance that made them painful to actually use.

  • Mammonite: 1,000 zeny to 500 at level 10.
  • Cart Termination: 1,500 zeny to 750 at level 10.
  • Halved at every level, not just the last one.
  • Being straight with you: these are still expensive skills. This makes them usable, not cheap.

The Cirrus Buff now heals you to full

  • Cirrus Buff on any Cirrus Warper now restores your HP to full as well as giving Blessing and Increase AGI.
  • Same fee as before. The heal is included, not an extra charge.
  • It does not restore SP.
  • Nothing can heal you while Berserk is running. The Warper will warn you before taking your zeny.

Geffenia no longer asks for the quest at the Warper

  • The Dungeon Warp to Geffenia no longer re-checks The Sign quest.
  • You still have to unlock Geffenia once, in person, from the Dungeon Unlocker inside it. The Geffen fountain is still the only way to get there the first time.
  • Why: the fountain opens a 45 second door for everyone on the map, so a group has always been able to go in together on one person's quest. The Warper was stricter than the game itself.

Nameless Island added to the Dungeon Warper

  • Nameless Island, 10,000 zeny, unlocked once per account like every other destination.
  • From the island you can walk straight into the Cursed Abbey.
  • Requires that someone on your account has finished the Nameless Island quest.
  • The old Cursed Abbey (boat) destination is now called Cursed Abbey (mainland dock), so the two routes are easier to tell apart. Nothing about it changed.

New World: talk to the Cirrus Expedition Pass, not the Camp Guard

If one character on your account finished the New World questline, the rest were still stopped at the expedition camp. Now they are not.

The Camp Guard has not changed

He will still turn you away, and his refusal looks exactly like before. The new NPC stands two steps north of him. Talk to her instead.

  • Cirrus Expedition Pass, Midgard Expedition Camp 336,169. She looks like the Dungeon Unlocker.
  • Takes any character on a qualified account through to the Manuk side, the same place the Guard would drop you.
  • The account still has to finish the questline once, on any character.

Auto events skip players who already hit the daily cap

This one takes something away, so here it is plainly.

  • If you have already taken your 150 event coins for the day, you can no longer enter Countdown, join Dice, or win a Disguise round.
  • Why: a capped winner could not be paid, and the prize was destroyed rather than passing to anyone else. Roughly 1 in 9 Disguise rounds was paying nobody at all.
  • Your daily cap has not changed. Come back after the reset.

Countdown shows you the real numbers

  • Your call is now shown in milliseconds as well as the countdown number, so you can see exactly how close you were.
  • Two people showing the same number were never actually tied. The scoring was always finer than the number on screen.
  • On a genuine tie, to the millisecond, every winner takes the full prize.

Fixes

  • Event announcements were printing raw colour codes such as ^0055FF in the chat window. Fixed.
  • Countdown no longer says a prize was delivered when it could not be.
